Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children, teaching fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, and teamwork while maintaining child safety standards and adhering to program policies. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants, set up and break down equipment at practice and program locations, and communicate effectively with parents regarding player progress. Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires experience working with young children, strong soccer knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
- Strong soccer knowledge and passion for youth athletic development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to program sites
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
