Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer leads One Vision, a nonprofit human services organization in Clear Lake, IA, responsible for mission fulfillment, financial sustainability, strategic direction, governance collaboration, and workforce culture. Key duties include guiding strategy, budgeting, governance liaison, stakeholder engagement, fundraising oversight, government relations, and driving organizational growth and impact. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of senior leadership in human services or healthcare, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), strong financial acumen, strategic leadership ability, talent development, and board relationship experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in human services or healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in human services, administration, business management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
