Job Summary
Private Chef for a luxury Surfside residence in Miami, responsible for planning, preparing, and executing daily meals focused on Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean cuisines, creating balanced menus, sourcing ingredients, and maintaining a pristine, compliant kitchen. Works closely with the Estate Manager and household staff to coordinate timing and service, handles breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with occasional travel meal prep) and accommodates private events or dinner parties for 6–12 guests. Requires 5+ years in private/executive cooking, expertise in Asian cuisines, health-conscious preparation, strong organization, and professional demeanor; must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.; compensation DOE with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Private Chef or Executive Chef
- Strong expertise in Asian cuisines
- Experience with health-focused, clean, and nutritionally balanced cooking
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
