Job Summary
CRNA role providing anesthesia care across the full scope of practice. Essential duties include collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data related to medical history and planned procedures; maintaining safe environment and responding to emergencies; preparing and administering medications and fluids per safe practice standards; continuous airway/anesthesia depth/fluids monitoring to ensure patient safety; completing required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note); incident reporting in the Safety Portal; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
