Job Summary
Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician to deliver excellence in quality of care to residents. Maintain an active state license and adhere to Functional Pathways policies and procedures while completing all required screenings and certifications. Ensure excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills are applied daily in this full-time role at Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
