Job Summary
Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician to deliver excellence in quality of care for residents. Assist in enhancing the well-being of residents through compassionate care and rehabilitation services within a tight-knit environment. Maintain current state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and Functional Pathways policy trainings. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants only and includes full-time employment at Holladay Park Plaza in Portland, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
