Job Summary
Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician to deliver excellence in quality of care. Maintain current state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and Functional Pathways policy training. Deliver meaningful therapy services in a resident-centered environment while demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Work within a close-knit community at The Cedars of Chapel Hill, a Life Plan Community committed to helping older adults thrive through exceptional services and personalized care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
