Job Summary
Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life while communicating effectively with families, nurses, and team members. Document care provided according to community standards and regulatory guidelines. Work full-time days from 6am to 2pm. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Iowa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
