FULL TIME CENTER STORE MANAGER

Develop store atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals. Assist store manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales targets while managing stock associate time and efforts to maximize productivity. Communicate company and job-specific information to instill a productive environment, encourage associates to meet targeted sales and productivity goals, and develop schedules to ensure optimal customer service. Train and develop associate job performance, gain product knowledge, and monitor the center store for sell-by dates and product damage. Merchandise department to align with ads and seasonal trends, assist in inventory taking, and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers. Identify unsafe conditions, ensure health department and safety procedure compliance, maintain department equipment, and report customer or employee accidents, safety risks, or illegal activity including robbery, theft, or fraud.
