Job Summary
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries while receiving and processing packages for courier shipment. Operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices in an expert fashion. Continuously practices good listening skills, offers viable solutions for shipping needs, and takes action to learn all product offerings and industry trends. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment while performing other duties as assigned. Be open to working weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
