Job Summary
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries while continuously practicing good listening skills. Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion, including packing and shipping items, processing Amazon returns, and providing notary services. Takes ownership of customer shipping needs and learns all product offerings and industry trends. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment and performs other duties as assigned. Requires Saturday availability for 35-40 hours per week starting at $15/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
- Must have Saturday availability
