Job Summary
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment. Operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices in an expert fashion while advising customers on products, services, and best-value options. Continuously practices good listening skills and takes ownership of shipping needs to offer viable solutions. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment and performs other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and ability to lift 40+ pounds.
Required Qualifications

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
