Job Summary
Deliver front-end operations and a customer-centric shopping experience at Michaels in Palmdale, CA by leading omnichannel processes, managing store conditions and KPI-driven team performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies. Responsibilities include assisting with cash handling and bank deposits, inventory tasks (including RTV and ASN), shrink and safety programs, onboarding and coaching of front-line team members, serving as Manager on Duty, engaging customers, stocking and truck unloading, cross-training in Custom Framing sales/production, and executing in-store events while maintaining brand standards and compliance with laws. The role requires leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to coach a sales floor and cashier staff toward achieving department KPIs.
