Job Summary
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately while assisting customers with purchases and vouchers. Restock merchandise on the sales floor, price items, and pull product according to company guidelines. Process donations based on Take/Do Not Take guidelines, loading items onto trailers or into the stock room. Provide customer and donor assistance throughout the store by answering questions and offering help. Maintain store cleanliness on rotating assignments and adhere to Safeguarding Policy by completing mandatory training. Work Monday through Saturday and Sunday with weekend availability required.

- Ability to perform any duties assigned by management to help the overall performance of the Waunakee SVdP store
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize daily and immediate tasks
- Flexibility with job changes: willing and able to do other tasks when requested
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, ethnicities and races

- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance, and occasionally lift/move up to 50lbs with assistance
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- The employee must be able to follow instructions and work autonomously
