Job Summary
Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience by scanning and bagging items accurately, managing cash registers, and handling payments and exchanges. Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area and answer their questions while maintaining a clean, safe workstation. You may also help other departments, stock shelves, or move carts as needed. This role requires reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic, with the ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods. Minimum qualifications include experience using a computer and lifting up to 15 lbs unassisted. Sales-related licensure is required if applicable by state law.
Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
- Must be available for occasional travel to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores
