Job Summary
Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience by scanning and bagging items accurately, managing cash registers, and handling payments and exchanges. Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area and answer questions while maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Complete other duties as assigned, which may include helping other departments, stocking shelves, or moving carts. Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions and occasional travel to meetings or neighboring stores.
Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
- Travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores
