Job Summary
Case Aides build relationships with families and children, facilitating visits and supervising interactions to promote family reunification. Responsibilities include transporting children, documenting interactions, and supporting families with resources. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma, and agree with ABCS core values. Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule is necessary. Must have a valid AZ license, clean driving record, and be able to lift 40 pounds. The compensation starts at $16-$17/hour with additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old.
- Agreement with the ABCS Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Core Values and Guiding Principles.
- Flexible and willing to maintain a non-traditional work schedule.
- Valid AZ driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance.
- Able to lift and transfer up to 40 pounds independently.
- Eligible to obtain Level 1 fingerprint clearance card with a clear criminal history.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid training and pass a TB and urine drug test.
