Job Summary
Full Time Caregiver drives in-home support for senior clients across West Texas (e.g., Midland, Odessa) helping with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, mobility/ambulation, medication prompting, shopping assistance, and companionship. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and time-management skills, reliable transportation, and be able to pass background and drug screening. Training in First Aid and emergency response is required, along with adherence to health and safety standards. Shifts available include Full Time, Part Time, and PRN; benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, PPE, sign-on bonus (conditions apply), weekly pay, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
