Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members while maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to the nursing team. Support residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment through active role requirements such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. This full-time PM shift position runs Thursday through Monday with an anticipated pay range of $18–$20 USD. Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
