Job Summary
Full-Time In-Home Senior Caregiver role in Yardley, PA. Responsibilities include Personal Care & Dignity (bathing, dressing, grooming, safe mobility), Healthy Meals & Home Care (meal prep, housekeeping), Medication & Wellness reminders, Active Companionship (conversations, activities, outings), and Light Exercise Support (guided stretches/therapy routines). Prior caregiver-related experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it soon is required. Shifts include day, evening, overnight, and weekends. Strong communication, privacy respect, and the ability to assist transfers (up to 50 lbs) are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon)
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
