Job Summary
Provide personal care and dignity to older adults at home: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility; prepare simple meals and maintain clean living spaces; monitor basic health cues and provide timely medication reminders; offer active companionship, participate in activities, and accompany clients to errands or appointments; assist with light exercise as directed by professionals; flexible schedule including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts; paid training and opportunities for mentorship and leadership; must have 6+ months experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA; strong communication, respect for client privacy, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
