Job Summary
In-Home Senior Caregiver – Provide personal care and companionship to an older adult client in a home setting, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and safe mobility. Offer active companionship, assist with transfers up to 50 lbs, support light exercises, and help with errands or appointments. AM and PM shifts available for a female client in Quakertown; opportunities for advancement and training/workforce development included. Requires CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and prior caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
