Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship, assisting clients with daily activities as needed. Support coverage for new client starts and scheduling needs while communicating regularly with the care team regarding client needs. Commit to the full split-shift schedule of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, approximately 42 hours per week. Maintain reliable transportation and valid auto insurance, responding to schedule changes when required.
