Job Summary
Provide companionship and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, including personal cares, transfers, light housekeeping, transportation, and social engagement. Deliver 1-on-1 care with flexible scheduling (including am/pm shifts, weekend availability) and collaborate with RN Case Manager to update care plans. Maintain safety, report health changes, and support overall well-being for clients in home health settings. Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; TB test cleared; able to work 2 weekend days per month; strong communication skills and compassionate nature.
Required Qualifications
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance
- Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray
- Availability to work 2 weekend days per month
