Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to the nursing team. Support individuals with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This role requires reliable transportation, physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working around animals. Full-time AM shift with 4 days on/2 days off.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing (if applicable)

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
