Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to the nursing team. Support residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This role requires active physical work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, along with reliable transportation for attendance. Schedule is full-time AM shift from Tuesday to Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing (if applicable)

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
