Full-Time Care Partner Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) 7P-7A

Care Partner CNA performs resident care tasks under supervision of nursing staff, including taking and recording vital signs, administering routine treatments, assisting with ADLs/restorative care to maintain residents’ highest functioning level, transporting residents, preparing residents and equipment for procedures, and serving as an intermediary with nursing staff. Responsibilities include providing privacy and dignity, monitoring resident needs, communicating changes promptly, and picking up/delivering supplies in a long-term care setting.
