Job Summary
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support, while preparing meals, managing medication, and handling light household tasks. Build strong relationships through companionship, emotional support, pet care, and accompanying clients to social outings or appointments. Work full-time shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings with alternate weekend availability to ensure continuous care for clients in Pewsey, Marlborough, Devizes, Andover, Tidworth, and Amesbury. Maintain a caring, reliable, and professional approach while working independently in rural home environments. Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as you will travel between clients across the region.
Required Qualifications
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach to supporting older adults
- The ability to work confidently and independently in a client's home environment
- A willingness to work full-time hours across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including alternate weekends
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Residence within a reasonable traveling distance of Pewsey (SN9) or the surrounding East Wiltshire/Test Valley areas
- An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Professional references
- The right to work in the UK
