Job Summary
Provide professional, comprehensive support via a high-volume inbound call center. Manage inbound calls, ensure messages are captured accurately, and be trained on internal call-processing systems and tools. Role is inbound only (no telemarketing). Requires upbeat tone, strong English skills, and 35 WPM typing. Must be available for full-time shifts (40 hours/week) including a weekend day. Compensation includes $21/hour with a perfect-attendance premium ($18/hour base), and a robust benefits package (Stock Ownership, medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401K with company matching, life insurance, legal assistance).
