Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional inbound call center support for clients across medical offices and professional services. Duties include greeting callers, collecting and relaying information, transferring calls, and taking messages using a dedicated call processing system. Must have a welcoming voice, strong English skills, and 35+ WPM typing; Windows-based computer skills; good attendance. Full-time position based in Chelmsford, MA with weekend availability; training week followed by set schedule.
