FULL TIME CAKE DECORATOR

Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized appearance and work area. Prepare and stock baked goods according to policy, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure fresh, safe conditions for all items. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized, maintain proper product rotation, and monitor floor conditions to ensure safety. Report any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. This role supports the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while instilling the company's mission statement. Full-time position with physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
