Full-Time Butler

Full-Time Butler responsible for ensuring consistent service quality for assigned multifamily communities. Duties include collecting trash and recyclables from residents’ doorsteps (including upper-level units) using a leak-proof tote, transporting waste to pickup truck and disposal site, maintaining cleanliness and safety at dumpster areas, and logging nightly service documentation. Must work 5 days per week (Sun–Thu) with 2 weekends on call per month; shifts typically 6–8 hours per night, ~30–40 hours per week with potential for additional days. Must be comfortable outdoors, able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb stairs, and drive for extended periods. Travel outside primary location as needed. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with good driving history.
