Job Summary
Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance-first mindset for security and audit standards. Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to leverage digital tools for their daily financial lives. Act as a first-line consultant by actively listening to uncover personal or business goals and pairing them with appropriate banking solutions. Greet customers fluidly throughout the space to ensure no one feels like just a number, balancing high-volume efficiency with warm, community-focused service. Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed and attend all required training sessions. This role offers no sales quotas, allowing focus on customer impact, and includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Moving/standing for extended periods of time
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
- Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
