Job Summary
Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance-first mindset for security and audit standards. Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance their digital convenience. Act as a first-line consultant by listening to uncover personal goals and pairing them with appropriate banking solutions. Greet customers fluidly throughout the space to ensure no one feels like just a number while balancing high-volume efficiency with community-focused warmth. Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed. Available for a flexible schedule including weekends, with hours subject to change. Requires high school diploma, one year of retail or customer service experience, and six months of cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Moving and standing for extended periods
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
- Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
