Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic methods such as exercise, manual therapy, stretching maneuvers, and modalities. Deliver direct patient care while monitoring treatment responses and adjusting techniques to ensure adherence to goals. Document all interactions and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and assistive device usage. Contribute to team development through mentoring, training programs, and continuing education. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Submit CV and cover letter detailing experience and contributions to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- A positive attitude
- Flexibility
- Hands-on experience demonstrating agility in treatment settings
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation or clinical setting
