Job Summary
Provide in-home, community-based, and in-center ABA services as a BCBA, supervising RBTs and Behavioral Assistants; conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans (BSPs); implement environmental arrangements and proactive behavioral strategies; support acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs); reduce maladaptive behaviors; deliver caregiver training; ensure timely data collection, progress notes, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; engage in crisis prevention/intervention; collaborate with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams; participate in ongoing training and professional development; services performed in-home, in-community, and in-center.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
