Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to clients with moderate to severe autism, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans; create and implement interventions based on BSPs including environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, and acquisition of functional skills; reduce maladaptive behaviors; supervise RBTs and Behavioral Assistants; deliver caregiver training and support; ensure timely progress notes, data collection, and reports; monitor service authorization timelines and compliance; participate in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention; maintain adherence to policies and ethical standards; services delivered in-home, in-community, and in-center; engage in ongoing training and professional development; union county, NJ in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible)
- Master’s degree in ABA/ Psychology/ Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with autism
- In-home/community-based ABA experience
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Criminal Background Checks clearance
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
