Job Summary
Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Sussex County, NJ. Provide in-home, community-based, and in-center ABA services, supervise RBTs and Behavioral Assistants, conduct FBAs, develop and implement BSPs, deliver caregiver training, ensure data collection and progress notes, and monitor authorizations. Requires BCBA certification, NJ license (or eligibility), Master’s degree, 2+ years autism experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks. Salary $70.00–$85.00/hour; caseload up to 40 hours/week; in-person with a dynamic clinical team and opportunities for growth; benefits include health coverage, PTO, disability, AFLAC, and referral options.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
