Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Needed in Passaic County

Job Summary
Provide in-home, community-based, and in-center ABA services as a BCBA, including conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans and BSPs, supervising RBTs and staff, caregiver training, data collection, and maintaining compliance and ethical standards; in-person role with caseload up to 40 hours/week in Paterson, NJ; requires BCBA certification, NJ license (or eligible), master’s degree, and relevant experience; bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants welcome; benefits include competitive hourly rate and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible)
- Master’s degree in ABA/ psychology/ education or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Consents to and ability to pass background checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) helpful
Desired Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- NJ Behavior Analyst License
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
