Job Summary
Full-Time BCBA providing in-home, community-based ABA services in New Jersey. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and implementing individualized BSPs, creating environmental arrangements and proactive behavioral strategies, aiding acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs), reducing maladaptive behaviors, supervising RBTs, delivering caregiver training, ensuring timely data collection and progress reports, managing service authorization timelines, and ensuring adherence to agency policies and ethical standards. Requires active BCBA certification, NJ license (or eligibility), Master’s degree, minimum 2 years of autism experience, driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and ability to work in-home/in-community/in-center settings. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome. Compensation ranges from $70.00–$85.00 per hour with a caseload up to 40 hours per week. Location: Clinton, NJ with in-person duties; dynamic clinical team and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
