Job Summary
In-person BCBA role in New Jersey (Hudson County area, Kearny) providing in-home, community-based, and in-center ABA services. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and implementing BSPs, supervising RBTs and Behavioral Assistants, delivering caregiver training, ensuring data collection and progress notes, monitoring service authorization timelines, crisis prevention/intervention, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and ethical standards. Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote skill development and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Requires leadership, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently within a supportive clinical team. Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
