Job Summary
Deliver in-home, community-based ABA services as a BCBA, supervise RBTs and staff, perform FBAs, develop and implement BSPs, provide caregiver training, ensure data collection and reporting, monitor service authorization timelines, and participate in ongoing training. Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful skill development and adherence to ethical standards. Requires BCBA certification, NJ licensure eligibility, and a Master’s degree; in-person role with a caseload up to 40 hours/week in East Orange, NJ. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential; bilingual (Spanish) applicants are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
