Job Summary
Full-Time BCBA to provide in-home, community-based ABA services for clients with moderate to severe autism, supervise RBTs and Behavioral Assistants, conduct FBAs and develop individualized BSPs, deliver caregiver training, ensure data collection and progress reporting, monitor timelines and compliance, and collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams across in-home, in-community, and in-center settings. Requires active BCBA, NJ license (or eligibility), Master’s degree, at least 2 years’ experience with autism, valid NJ driver’s license, background checks clearance, and Spanish-speaking capability is a plus. Competitive hourly range and supported by a clinical team; caseload up to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
