Job Summary
Provide in-home, community-based, and in-center ABA services as a BCBA, supervising RBTs/behavioral staff, delivering caregiver training, and developing/implementing individualized treatment plans and FBAs/BSPs for clients with autism. Responsibilities include overseeing direct care staff, conducting FBAs, creating and applying behavioral interventions, environmental arrangement, and monitoring progress notes, data collection, and reports, while ensuring compliance and ongoing professional development within a compassionate clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
