Job Summary
Full-Time BCBA responsible for delivering in-home and community-based ABA services to youth with autism in Bergen County, NJ. Oversees direct care staff, conducts FBAs, develops and implements BSPs and individualized treatment plans, provides caregiver training, ensures data collection and progress reporting, and maintains compliance with organizational policies. Roles include supervision of RBTs/behavioral assistants, crisis prevention/intervention, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. Requires BCBA certification, NJ licensure (or eligibility), Master’s degree, 2+ years of experience with autism, valid NJ driver’s license, and Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits with caseload up to 40 hours/week; in-home, in-community, and in-center service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
