Job Summary
This fully remote position is for a Full Time Bilingual Call Center Agent responsible for addressing customer inquiries and completing rentals. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have previous customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Fluent Spanish & English)
- 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales setting preferred
- Remote work experience preferred
- Experience in a Contact Center environment
