Job Summary
Full-time Bellperson at InterContinental Toronto Centre responsible for assisting guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms, explaining and promoting hotel facilities, responding to guest inquiries and complaints, promoting teamwork with other departments, and performing related duties such as handling dry cleaning and delivering items as requested. Requires ability to lift up to 100 pounds, move around public areas, and work nights/weekends/holidays; must speak fluent English (additional languages preferred). Located in Toronto, Canada with an hourly rate of $18.09.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus some guest service experience or hotel experience preferred
