Full-Time Behavioral Technician (Gloucester County)-$300 Sign-On Bonus

Behavioral Technician needed to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center settings in Gloucester County, NJ. Typical schedule is 40 hours per week with 2–4 hour evening shifts. Responsibilities include providing non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support, ensuring client safety and well-being, implementing strategies from each child’s Individual Support Plan, conducting functional assessments including ADLs, using redirection for behavioral concerns, submitting visit notes per guidelines, responding to crises with de-escalation and safety strategies, engaging clients in growth-focused activities, attending case reviews and trainings, and adhering to agency protocols. Required certifications/training include NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months and pursuing RBT certification within 6 months; bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged.
