Full-Time Behavioral Technician (Camden County)-$300 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary
Behavioral Technician role providing non-physical, emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. 40 hours per week, with 2–4 hour evening shifts. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting functional assessments (ADLs), redirection for behavioral concerns, crisis de-escalation, documenting visit notes, attending case reviews and trainings, and engaging clients in growth-oriented activities. Requirements include NJ CSOC Certification within 6 months, progression toward RBT certification within 6 months, valid NJ driver’s license, successful background checks, and willingness to be bilingual (Spanish encouraged). A $300 sign-on bonus is offered; benefits include PTO, sick time, ongoing training, and health/retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role
