Job Summary
Behavioral Technician needed in Burlington County, NJ to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities across in-home, in-community, and in-center settings. Role involves providing non-physical emotional and behavioral support, implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting ADLs, applying redirection strategies, crisis de-escalation, and documenting visits. Requires NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months, pursuing RBT certification within 6 months, valid NJ driver’s license, and successful background checks; bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged. 40 hours/week with 2–4 hour evening shifts; no visa sponsorship. Sign-on bonus of $300 offered.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
